Ladies Have you ever had the unfortunate realization that the consensual adult situation you just encountered had a loophole? Such as the kind through which condoms dematerialize? Honestly, how many of you have been tricked by a lover surreptitiously slipping off his jimmy hat while simultaneously distracting you with a particularly delicate ear nibble, shoulder bite, shoulder bite, ear nibble combo and an almost imperceptible little hitch of his hips?

Two tell tale signs you've been out looped:

• The empty condom twisted in the hem of your fitted sheet, or tossed somewhere else equally icky.
• (See above), especially when accompanied by an excess of after-sex backflow once you stand up. (I don't really know the technical name for it, but if you're a woman, and you've ever engaged in unprotected sex, you know what I mean.)

Recently a man was charged under New Zealand's new Safer Sex Laws for doing this very thing to a New Zealand sex trade worker.

I would like to see this safer sex law initiative come into play in my country, for prostitutes and every woman, who would like more protection from std's, unwanted pregnancies and dangerous sex partners. Would you?
